Sometimes people don’t lose weight because they dieted for a long time and they don’t have muscle to consume the calories. So, to maintain my weight, I try my best to eat a LARGE meal prior to taking it the pill! I also pack plant based meal supplement drinks or plant based protein shakes to sip throughout the day! Hope this helps :) The problem is when you drink every night, you have to drink more+ more to get a buzz or ef’ed up. My body has almost never fit that image, so I always hated pictures of myself. You can get very toned with just weight lifting. I also love the greater body awareness. I made that mistake and it completely ruined my confidence. It all just disappeared when I stopped lifting weights. My lifts are pathetic and would raise even the weakest man’s ego. I’m 31. First pic is in 2016, 125 pounds (7 months pregnant). My body is just not the same, period. People would either say "hey you lost weight!" or said nothing. In my case I can lose weight but only up to a point where my upper body becomes skinny and my legs are just a bit smaller :’) but I’m happy that I can affect it even a little bit. Hi I have cervical spondylosis - diagnosed about 5ish years ago. At your age, the stretch marks will likely fade. I know a lot of you fine folks have experience in keeping yourselves fit while managing workloads. I hate myself so much for letting myself go so badly.
